BOBST Acquires Majority Share of Dücker Robotics
Bobst Group SA has acquired 70 percent of the equity of Dücker Robotics SrL, Momo/Italy. Dücker Robotics is a world leader in the use of robots in both loading and palletizing in the corrugated board sector, while offering opportunities in the folding carton industry.
