As Chair of the 2025 FTA Fall Technical Conference, Madigan’s extensive expertise and dedication will drive a compelling program focused on the latest advancements in technology, production efficiency, and sustainable solutions. Her leadership is expected to enhance the conference experience, equipping attendees with valuable insights and practical knowledge to foster continued growth and innovation.
With more than three decades of experience in the label market, Madigan is well regarded for her technical acumen, forward thinking approach, and commitment to excellence. Her distinguished career includes a rich history with Smyth Companies, where she was instrumental in driving initiatives that positioned the company as a leader in quality and innovation.
At Smyth, Madigan led efforts in sustainable printing practices, color management, and optimized production workflows—transforming operations and establishing new industry standards.
As a dedicated member of the flexographic printing community, she has been involved in numerous FTA committees and technical working groups, contributing invaluable insights into press optimization, label production, and sustainable practices. Her influence has helped shape best practices and her educational efforts have inspired both peers and emerging professionals.
Currently, Madigan chairs the FTA FIRST (Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications & Tolerances) Committee, a role that reflects her commitment to advancing consistency, quality, and technical excellence in flexographic printing. She continues to champion the development of standardized practices and guide the industry in adopting new technologies and approaches.
