At the heart of the Innovation Center is the OMET KFlex 17-in flexo press, a cutting-edge printing platform designed to redefine industry standards. With its innovative design and advanced technology, the KFlex offers unparalleled flexibility and operator convenience. Available in both 17-in and 20-in models, it represents a breakthrough in inline printing and converting for labels and flexible packaging.
The KFlex’s standout feature is its SWITCH system, enabling easy configuration adjustments to meet various production demands. Coupled with its superior performance and exceptional print quality, this press ensures maximum productivity and versatility for printers.
In response to the growing demand for RFID labels, the press integrates an inline RFID antennas insertion system from Tamarack, a leading provider of RFID equipment solutions. Additionally, to promote environmental sustainability, the press is equipped with a full LED UV system, reducing power consumption by better than 60 percent.
