IVYBRIDGE, England—Doctor blade manufacturer Esterlam Ltd confirmed a partnership deal with Capital Graphics (CGSASP), opening new markets in India.
“We are thrilled to welcome Capital Graphics,” said Esterlam’s Commercial Director Neil Hailey. “Capital Graphics are key to offering Esterlam products to the print and coating industries in India. They have the people, the tools and all important technical knowledge and experience to supply our award-winning Esterlam doctor blades with confidence. They will meet their customers growing demand, while still prioritizing technical and customer service.”
“Our focus has always been our strong relationships with customers,” added Neil. “It’s a combination of the highest quality products, the technical support and service we provide that keeps us ahead of any competition, and for us, that’s a point of pride. Capital’s forward-thinking technology, sales support and a shared vision for the future of our industry means they’ll continue to provide our customers with the best service and products.”
Capital Graphic Supplies was launched in 1965 to cater to the newly emerging market for consumables for the offset printing trade in India. The industry has grown tremendously since then from letterpress to digital, and Capital Graphic Supplies has evolved with the times and has been instrumental in bringing new technologies to the flexo printing industry, too.
Capital Graphics’ Arun Gandhi added, “We are delighted to be a distributor for Esterlam Ltd in India. With their support, we will be able to provide our current and future customers with a unique service offering targeted award-winning doctor blade solutions for the print industry. We are very proud and focused on continued success in the digital finishing and packaging industries.”
“Capital Graphics key expertise, especially within the narrow, mid and wide web industries will be a great asset to Esterlam,” said Neil. “With them on board, we can offer the Indian market a complete service package with full technical support.”
Capital Graphics joins Esterlam along with other distributors worldwide. “Having these highly prestigious companies on board really strengthens our penetration opportunities globally,” said Neil.
Esterlam has more than 40 years’ experience in doctor blade innovation, design and technical know-how. Their product range has grown to include everything needed to improve printing and coating processes to expand potential markets or simply improve operator safety.
