FORT MILL, SC—Wikoff Color Corp has elected Robert (“Bob”) Beckler as the sixth member of its Board of Directors.
Beckler has spent his career in the chemical and packaging industries. Most recently, he was president of packaging for WestRock, where he led its packaging platform, including corrugated, folding carton, beverage and displays. Prior to that position, Beckler served as president of packaging for MeadWestvaco (MWV), where he managed their packaging and specialty chemicals business. Earlier in his career, Beckler was president of MWV Rigesa, where he lived and worked in Brazil for four years.
Beckler is now serving as a director of Verso Corp, a publicly traded manufacturer of specialty and graphic papers. In addition to Verso, he is serving on the private company boards of several other packaging-related businesses.
Beckler holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology as well as a BS in chemistry from Duke University with MWV.
