The Membership Committee is comprised of industry members tasked with promoting FTA membership to non-members and demonstrating value to retain existing members.
The Committee accomplishes this through consistent reviewing of membership programs and promotions, along with advising, evaluating and implementing new campaigns. Members of the Membership Committee regularly compile surveys to gather feedback from existing and prospective members. Chief among retention efforts is a focus on connecting with students at FTA member educational institutions as they graduate and join the industry.
