FORUM Committee
The FORUM Committee is comprised of industry members who orchestrate the technical sessions at each year’s FORUM.
Each member of the FORUM Committee serves as the chair or co-chair of a FORUM session, working with an FTA staff member (who acts as a liaison) to select speakers, design the session’s setup and use of time, and determine how they will cover the topic around which their session is to be designed. They also hold meetings throughout the year—beginning in the September which precedes a given year’s FORUM—to plan and progress toward taking the stage at FORUM.
At every juncture, FORUM Committee members are depended upon to ensure FTA’s strict non-commercialism policy is fully enforced, to provide a truly neutral environment in which event attendees can hear and absorb unbiased technical information.
