ROCHESTER, NY—To meet the increasing sales demand for its FLEXCEL NX System, Kodak reports it has recruited three new employees.

“Trade shops, printers and brands recognize the full value the FLEXCEL NX System brings to their business,” says Christopher Payne, president, Flexographic Packaging Division, Kodak. “Our customers are reducing their costs while simultaneously producing exceptional quality, which is allowing their businesses to grow and thrive; this has created a need for new hires to join our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge, focus and commitment we need to support our growing customer base.”

Catherine Green is Kodak’s newest flexo product support manager (global). With an extensive background in flexo and letterpress that spans 11 years, she has worked for a variety of flexo technology suppliers and is frequently tapped by FTA to develop articles for FLEXO magazine. Green’s focus will be to bring Kodak’s flexo team’s newest innovations to market.

Garry Gunter has been hired as a packaging sales manager (United States and Canada). Gunter has held leadership positions in print companies in both the UK and Canada and will bring his global perspective as he identifies new FLEXCEL NX opportunities.

Kevin Schilling joined Kodak as a print applications specialist (United States and Canada) and brings a tremendous knowledge of flexo technology that spans prepress and press to his new role. As part of Kodak’s technical applications team, Schilling’s focus will be to ensure FLEXCEL NX customers keep their systems fully optimized to obtain its maximum value.
