International Label & Printing Is Now Labelink USA
CHICAGO, IL—Labelink, a North American manufacturer with a diverse portfolio of printing technology for packaging, is acquiring International Label & Printing. The acquisition enhances Labelink’s presence in the US and accelerates its plans to expand its footprint in North America.

Long time FTA Member International Label has roots tracing back to the 1940s.
Mark Turk, former president and CEO of IL&P, said, “We are very proud and excited to be joining the Labelink team. We have been a customer for years, and because of the wide range of diverse technical capabilities, we will be able to offer our customers even more services. We feel that we, in turn, will be able to offer Labelink customers additional capabilities and services as well.”
IL&P, operating under the Labelink USA name, will continue to serve both existing and new customers. Labelink is a North American leader of printing solutions for packaging, including labels, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, RFID tags and business forms. Since 2004 Labelink is bridging the gap between purchasing, marketing and operations with a one-stop-shop based on a consultative approach and backed by business intelligence insights. It has 390 employees, more than 3,000 customers and nine plants in the US and Canada with a total of 45 presses.
In recent years, it acquired Sheraton Label, Calgary, Alberta; Pro Label, Appleton, WI; Taylor Label, Brampton, Ontario; and The Label Factory, Georgetown, Ontario. The corporate vision statement declares, “Our vision is to create an integrated network of satellite plants and centers of excellence to produce labels, flexible packaging products and business forms for a vastly expanded client base across North America.”
