MAX Customer Service & Support Introduces New Toll-Free Number

MAX, the customer service and support team of Mark Andy, Inc. is pleased to announce a new toll-free support phone number for its valued customers. This new number (1-877-4123-MAX) will provide US and Canada clients with direct access to the largest OEM aftermarket support team in the narrow-web industry.

This MAX initiative is the result of a recent consolidation of US parts and service functions into one, central support center in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. With this new MAX service center co-located with manufacturing and parts warehousing, converters can expect fast, efficient response times, high-quality service and one-stop support for their Arpeco, Comco, Mark Andy, Rotoflex and UVT equipment. This customer support initiative in the aftermarket group has a primary focus of improving responsiveness, delivery lead times and on-time performance.

The dedicated number also allows for internal tracking of calls and their routing, enabling MAX to ensure the best match of knowledge and resources with incoming requests.

While this toll-free number is available only to customers in the United States and Canada, customers outside of these regions are still able to take advantage of the numerous services offered by MAX.
