2025 Excellence in Flexography Awards Entry Form

Review the information below for details on who can enter the Excellence in Flexography Awards, what print samples are eligible and the 2025 competition’s deadline.

Then, use the form at the bottom of this page to submit your entry. Upon completing the form, you will receive instructions on mailing your print samples to FTA’s offices.

Eligibility

All flexographic printers/converters, print buyers, suppliers, designers and students worldwide are encouraged to participate. All entries must have the customer’s (print buyer’s) approval for entry. Supplier companies may submit entries on behalf of a printer or designer with their permission.

Each entry must be flexographically printed (if only a portion is printed flexographically, it must be identified in the “Additional Technical Information” area of the entry form). Entries must have been produced for a production run of an actual market product. Tests, sample runs and mockups (with the exception of Student and Self-Promotion entries) are not eligible. All entries must have been produced in 2024.

Entries must be completed no later than January 17, 2025. Print samples mailed to FTA’s offices must be postmarked no later than January 17, 2025.
