Acucote Inc Acquired by Fedrigoni

Fedrigoni SpA, a global group leader in the production of high value-added special papers for packaging, publishing and graphics, as well as premium labels and self-adhesive materials, has completed the acquisition of Acucote Inc, a company headquartered in Graham, NC, which develops, manufactures and distributes self-adhesive materials, with a leading position in the US market, a turnover of more than $70 million and 142 employees.

Comexi to Install F2 MB Flexographic Press & SL2 MB Laminator at Ip3 Desarrollos

Comexi, a specialist in solutions for the flexible packaging printing and converting industry, and Ip3 Desarrollos, a company dedicated to the manufacture of flexible packaging, have reached an agreement to acquire a Comexi F2 MB flexographic press and a Comexi SL2 MB laminator. The two machines will be installed at the Spanish company’s headquarters in Sueca (Valencia).
