VALHALLA, NY--Fujifilm Holdings America Corp. announced new appointments for Go Miyazaki of Fujifilm North America Corporation (FNAC), Fujifilm’s largest subsidiary in North America. . Miyazaki has been appointed corporate vice president of Fujifilm Corp. in Tokyo; however, he will also continue his role as president of FNAC and will assume the new title of CEO in the U.S. As president and CEO for FNAC, Miyazakie is responsible for four operating divisions: Imagig, Electronic Imaging, Graphic Systems, and Optical Devices; and one subsidiary company, Fujifilm Canada, Inc.
“During the past several years as my role expanded here in North America, I have had the opportunity to work with a growing number of Fujifilm associates and customers throughout the U.S. and Canada,” said Miyazaki. “I look forward to further developing these relationships in my new position, and effectively managing our company’s vision and corporate perspective on key issues, as our company continues to evolve.”
Miyazaki’s appointment was among several promotions at Fujifilm, including: Shigeru Sano, formerly senior vice president, chief administrative officer, general counsel and secretary for Fujifilm Holdings America, was named president, of Fujifilm Holdings America; and Judy Melillo, has been promoted to vice president, general counsel and secretary.
