KYMC Introduces Modular Flexo Press

KYMC understands how changing market conditions have lead to new solutions to printing folding cartons, film and paper products, cut and stack, shrink sleeve, lidding materials, multi-wall bags and pre-printed corrugated paperboard. In that vein, KYMC is introducing the Moduflex, a mid or wide web full servo modular in-line flexo press for multiple markets. The Moduflex is a servo driven, electronic line-shaft press providing fast register set up and tight register tolerances vertically or horizontally in-line with multiple printing and converting machinery.

The Moduflex Mid-web press has a 870 mm (34.25”) web with UV and/or hot air drying for short run folding carton either roll to roll or with a die cutter and sheeter/stacker. Shrink sleeve or cut and stack label solutions with print repeat range of 300 mm (11.8”) to 800 mm (31.5”) allows for multiple SKU’s and can be run in-line with additional machinery.

The Moduflex Wide-web press comes in widths ranging from 1070 mm (42”) to 2000 mm (78.75”), with a print repeat range from 380 mm (15”) to 1300 mm (51”). Contact KYMC for additional configuration options available.
